By creating an account or placing a bet on 5gbd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. Please read every section before you deposit money or claim a bonus. If you disagree with any part, do not use the platform.

Eligibility & Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old to register on 5gbd. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible, and it is your responsibility to check local laws before registering. By submitting your registration form, you confirm you are of legal age.

What we ask for at sign-up

You must provide a valid mobile number, a working email address, and accurate personal details. Any information that is false, incomplete, or belongs to another person is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of pending funds.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted exactly one registered account. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same device, mobile number, payment method, or household, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonus balances or winnings earned through duplicate accounts are void and will not be paid out.

If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset option on the 5gbd Login page rather than opening a new account. Creating a second account to claim a welcome bonus again is a breach of these terms.

Deposits & Minimum Amounts

5gbd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). The minimum deposit is ৳150. Most deposits arrive in your 5gbd wallet within approximately 3 minutes.

5gbd does not charge deposit fees on its side. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own service charges. Deposits made using third-party accounts or borrowed payment methods are prohibited and may be rejected.

Withdrawals & KYC

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳700. The maximum you can withdraw in a single day is ৳100,000. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds typically reach your mobile wallet within approximately 42 minutes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) documents

Before processing your first withdrawal, 5gbd must verify your identity. You will need to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Valid Passport
• Driving Licence

Your document upload is reviewed within 24 hours. For first-time withdrawals, allow up to 1 hour after KYC approval for funds to arrive. Submitting forged or altered documents results in permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Bonus Terms & Wagering

All bonuses offered by 5gbd are subject to a wagering requirement before winnings can be withdrawn. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 21× the bonus amount.

Welcome bonus

New players who make a qualifying first deposit receive a 220% match bonus, capped at ৳11,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳150. The bonus and any winnings generated from it must be wagered 21 times within 7 days of the bonus being credited. If the wagering requirement is not met within 7 days, the bonus and associated winnings are removed from your account.

Reload & cashback bonuses

Registered players may receive a weekly reload bonus of 27% on eligible deposits. A daily cashback of 1.1% is applied to net losses from the previous day and credited automatically. Cashback amounts are not subject to additional wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.

Referral bonus

When a friend you refer registers and makes a qualifying deposit, you receive a referral reward of ৳225. The referred friend must complete KYC verification for the reward to be paid. Referral bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and must be wagered before withdrawal.

General bonus rules

• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, and device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 5gbd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through multi-accounting, arbitrage, or coordinated play will result in account closure.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Live casino games typically contribute at a reduced rate. Check the specific promotion page for details.

Fair Gameplay & Prohibited Acts

5gbd operates on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from licensed providers including JILI, Ezugi, KA Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JDB, and CQ9. You agree to play in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using VPNs or proxies to disguise your location or access restricted content.
• Any form of money laundering or processing of funds from illegal sources.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above, we will suspend your account pending investigation, freeze all funds, and may refuse to pay out pending bets or withdrawals.

VIP Programme Rules

5gbd runs a six-tier VIP programme: Starter, Silver, Gold, Ruby, Sapphire, and Diamond. Tier advancement is based on your verified monthly betting turnover in BDT. Each tier carries a higher cashback percentage, a larger daily withdrawal limit, and an optional birthday bonus at Silver and above. Ruby, Sapphire, and Diamond members receive a dedicated personal account manager.

VIP status is reviewed monthly. If your turnover falls below the threshold for your current tier in any calendar month, your status may be adjusted downward. 5gbd does not guarantee VIP status in perpetuity. Full tier details are listed on the Bonus & VIP page.

Limitation of Our Liability

5gbd provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from service outages, internet connectivity failures on the player's side, or delayed transactions caused by third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for any financial loss that results from your decision to gamble, including losses during bonus wagering periods.

In cases of proven technical error on our side that resulted in an incorrect payout, 5gbd reserves the right to correct the balance and recover overpaid amounts. Players will be notified of any such correction.

Closing or Suspending Your Account

You may close your 5gbd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before we process a closure, any active bonus balances are forfeited. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold (৳700) will be paid out to your verified payment method after KYC checks are complete.

5gbd may suspend or permanently close an account if: you breach these terms; we are legally required to do so; or your account shows patterns of fraud, abuse, or problem gambling behaviour. In cases of responsible-gaming self-exclusion, closure is immediate and permanent upon your request.

Changes to These Terms

5gbd may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and notify registered players via email or in-platform message. Continued use of 5gbd after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you disagree with a change, you should close your account before the change takes effect.
